What if this is not all there is...

And now for a little time travel. Come take a ride with me…
We all have something we fight with. No matter how positive we are and how good life is, we all can find at least a tiny mosquito in the soup.
What do you do when you feel stuck or challenged? Do you see a therapist? Talk to a friend? Call the doctor? Go online for advice or comfort? Hide out at home? Seek comfort in nature? Meditate? Pray?
Well, have you considered consulting your former lives to see the reason you are in this particular mud? Of course not. Who does that?
As it turns out, people all over the world do that. Of course you need someone who can get you the information since you most likely don’t have access to it yourself. Such people exist who specialize in interpreting your past lives to help you in this one.
Nonsense you think? Or maybe not. Bottom line is we don’t know. Except those people for whom such pasts, well beyond our known childhood, are their daily reality. They know something some of us don’t. Yet. Perhaps we just haven’t listened or pursued such options. Yet.
A friend of mine just went to France on vacation, inspired to have a little alone and adventure time. He rented a stone house from the 16th century with cold walls and little modern comfort or facilities. As he entered the door of this old building he was overcome by a sense of peace. He felt home. Really home. It was not an adventure, but a strange overwhelming feeling of knowing this place and knowing where things were. We have all heard such stories. They happen to ordinary people. Like a friend of mine, right here, right now.
It’s what we don’t know that might enlighten us.
Are you curious enough to allow it to be possible?
For myself, I entered a new level of curiosity as I chose to write an article recently about an artist whose artwork is different, seeped in deep and far-out spiritual themes. Her focus is past lives, and I was treated to a session. There is no going back. What Pat said will stay with me.
Next time you feel you need a hand to solve something afoot in your reality, consider the possibility that you can get help by imagining or recalling your past lives. At the very least you will have a flavorful story to share. There are no side effects to trying. Except perhaps building new synapses and pathways in your brain as a result of thinking new thoughts.
Maybe you’ll see yourself in a new light.
It’s another way to travel.
If you go: take lots of mental pictures
leave your opinions at home
be open to meet new people
be open to meet old friends
be prepared for some Oh My God moments…
